What kind of payments do you accept?
We currently only accept credit cards as payment on our website. Credit cards currently accepted include Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, but we will not accept any returns without an Authorized Return Number.
Please call for Authorized Return Numbers.
An RA Number will only be granted for merchandise that is unused and is in its original packaging.
In addition, we will not accept returns for :
Jocks, Skates that have been Sharpened or Baked, or any Undergarments.
Return freight and a restocking fee where applicable on returns will be the customer's responsibility.
Packages without an authorized return number will be refused!
Closeout and Clearance Items (usually ending in .98) are final sales.
Once the item has shipped all sales are final.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Shop for the products you like, then enter the gift certificate code when you are checking out.
What is a "Made to Order Color"?
Manny's orders many Custom Color Items from our Manufacturers. These are "Custom" Colors that we carry in stock, but usually for a limited time. There is usually no extra wait time for these items.
