What kind of payments do you accept?
We currently only accept credit cards as payment on our website. Credit cards currently accepted include Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, but we will not accept any returns without an Authorized Return Number. Please call for Authorized Return Numbers. An Authorized Return Number will only be granted for merchandise that is unused and is in its original packaging. In addition, we will not accept returns for Jocks, Skates that have been Sharpened or Baked, or any Undergarments. Return freight on any returns will be the customer's responsibility. Packages without an authorized return number will be refused!
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
